Why the gap between tiers is real, not padding

At the elaborate end, the design process alone may take multiple conversations and sketch revisions. Specific sugar flower varieties may need sourcing. Chandelier structures need to be built and tested. Palace venue logistics — access, setup timing, cold storage — need to be confirmed separately. A couple booking two to three months out isn't being overly cautious. They're giving every element time to be done right, without a conversation that starts with "we can do it but…"

Udaipur's wedding season is compressed in a way that most cities' aren't. The majority of the year's weddings happen in a four to five month window — October through February — with December and January being the most intense.
